The management of New Venture Safety Services Ltd. is committed to providing active leadership and support in maintaining our Health and Safety Program that strives to prevent personal injuries, economic losses from property and equipment damage and as well as the protection of the environment.
Everyone employed by New Venture Safety Services Ltd. is responsible for maintaining the safety program. Management has the responsibility and accountability to ensure the company's overall safety initiatives are obtained and will support and coordinate safety amongst all workers at the workplace in anticipation of a safe work environment.
Management is committed to and expects all employees to participate in the safety program while providing proper equipment, training, and procedures. Employees and sub-contractors are responsible for following all procedures and regulations, working safely and wherever possible, improving safety measures. Everyone is responsible for providing a safe work environment, upholding good work habits and leading by example.
All New Venture Safety Services Ltd. employees and sub-contractors working on company or prime contractor work sites are responsible for obeying all safety rules, following recommended safe work procedures, wearing and using required personal protective equipment, participating in safety training programs and informing supervisor/management of any unsafe practices or work conditions. An injury and accident-free workplace is the company’s objective. Through a continuous safety and lost control approach we can accomplish this goal.

MEDICAL SERVICES
New Venture Safety Services Ltd. provides EMR’s (Emergency Medical Responders) and PCP’s (Primary Care Paramedics), all of whom are Registered with the Alberta College of Paramedics. We also employ EMR’s and PCP’s which are dual Registered with EMA in British Columbia.
New Venture Safety Services Ltd. provides in house comprehensive training to our staff on a regular basis. This helps to keep skills they have learned sharp and fresh along with updates and new protocols, procedures and practices. These sessions also help new staff to understand and familiarize themselves to the work environment they can expect to encounter in the field. They get this from the experienced staff attending these training sessions.
Naloxone, Advanced Airways and ECG Monitoring Devices are all standard in PCP kits with EMR level naloxone kits provided on request.

Medical Treatment Centre (MTC)
All New Venture Safety Services Ltd. Medical Units are fully stocked and operate under Alberta Health Services Protocols. All our MTC’s are Alberta Transportation Compliant for the Transportation of Patients in the MTC Module on public highways.
All our Medical Units are Late Model, GPS monitored, 4x4, have 2-way radio’s installed, boosters and a STARS Landing Kits.
Emergency Transport Vehicle (ETV)
All New Venture Safety Services Ltd. ETVs are stocked with a basket stretcher, spine board, spinal immobilization straps and level III first aid kit.
ETV's are full sized SUV's which are GPS monitored, 4x4 and have 2-way radios installed. AED's and STARS Landing Kits at client request.
